Trina Hill is an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, having qualified in 2003. She has over ten years' company secretarial experience gained with FTSE 100 and FTSE 250 companies within the retail, property and financial services sectors.
After qualifying she joined Singer & Friedlander Group PLC in October 2003 (a FTSE 250 investment bank) as Company Secretarial Officer. In June 2006 Trina left Singer & Friedlander to pursue a freelance career and formed InTrinSec Company Secretarial Limited, offering a wide range of company secretarial and administrative services to both listed and private companies.
Trina was awarded the ICSA's Ralph Bell Prize for the best results of a pass finalist in the June 2003 examination diet, gaining Distinctions in Management Accounting and Corporate Financial Management.
Prior to embarking on her company secretarial career, Trina enjoyed a rewarding PA/secretarial career, winning the title of "Office Secretary of the Year" in 1996 after entering a nationwide competition run by Office Secretary Magazine. She began public speaking at this time and welcomes opportunities to address audiences on various topics.
